The Westin Grand Berlin Hotel

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel that exceeded our expectations. the luxurious amenities here were truly impressive. Their Spa & wellness centre offers full body massages and a sauna, which we indulged in. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. the sun terrace, garden area and BBQ facilities were also great!

The only minor issue was that the restaurant didn't offer a very wide selection of food and drinks. the Continental and buffet breakfast was delicious.

Great location for exploring historical sites, friendly and efficient staff, extensive and affordable breakfast options, clean and well-serviced rooms.

Its location and staff were good, and for us everything was very clean. The breakfast had lots of food, like slices of fresh bread, fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cakes. Late check-out was useful: )

Highly professional place to stay in Berlin with ATTENTIVE staff from express service.

This hotel is perfectly located with two metro stations nearby, allowing easy access to the city's attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The spa and fitness area could use some improvement, as it is limited in its offerings.

It's a bright hotel with gorgeous breakfast, the location is ideal next to the transport system.

The swimming pool is not heated enough and for a hotel of this standing, a jacuzzi would also be expected.

The hotel's location is great, with easy access to public transportation and tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff provides excellent service and a delicious breakfast, including a variety of dishes and pastries. guests can enjoy the hotel's fitness center and luxurious spa facilities.

The decor could use some updates for a more modern and stylish look.

The room was very far away and required going through a labyrinth of 2 elevators (first 2nd floor then far away second elevator down to the first), a room as if in the worse part of the hotel...

We had the most enjoyable few days there. The breakfast had lots of good options, and was exceptional.

Few toiletries.. Too much heating and can't be regulated. They should improve the elevator system. They should change the coffee machines

I recently stayed at this hotel for the Berlin Marathon and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop for the airport and the race starting point. The early check-in allowed me to drop off my belongings and head straight to the expo. The continental breakfast was the best I've had in years and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The comfortable bed and minimal noise made for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for marathon runners and tourists alike.

Breakfast of any kind: the same products that we can find everywhere else for a lower price. Swimming pool a little too cool for a heated pool. Unstable shower head. We were on the 5th floor and 2 nights spent were extremely noisy because there was an evening with a dj on the 2nd floor, noise of the bass was unbearable.

Comfortable bed and excellent shower in a beautiful location. Efficient staff and great transport system nearby. The pianist playing during our stay added a delightful touch. Breakfast was pricey but worth it for the spacious and cozy dining area.

As youngsters, we loved the full service breakfast with on the spot cooks making delicious, custom-made eggs. The reception area and grand staircase gave a truly luxurious feel. The piano player in the evening was a lovely touch. The health spa with a beautiful pool and food delivery was perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the valet parking and baggage handling services. The stylish Christmas decoration added to the festive atmosphere.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to get around and explore all the nearby attractions. the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with spacious beds and clean bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful and elegant atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to stay.

The staff at the hotel were quite unfriendly and unhelpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome and were given the wrong room.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to many tourist attractions and within walking distance to major areas of interest. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. Additionally, the staff was very helpful from the moment I arrived.

Very late cleaning of the room. One day at 4 p.m. it was still not done and we had to wait until 5.30 and then claim.

Excellent location. Quietly close to the hotel, attractive price parking and a metro station. Prestigious and comfortable rooms. Excellent despite the covid restrictions of breakfast.

I had a nice room on the street side. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the windows on the sound of the litter leaves a lot to be desired. If someone is having trouble sleeping should ask for a room on the garden side - I'll do it there next time.

The hotel amenities were incredible with a spacious swimming pool and modern sauna. The room was spotless and had a comfortable bed. The hotel staff provided excellent service helping us with our luggage upon checking in. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Grand in Berlin. The hotel is elegant and tasteful, with a fantastic central location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The beds were super comfy and we loved the lavender roll-on provided for a great night's sleep. The option to cast streaming apps to the TV was a nice touch. The food from room service was excellent, and we found it convenient to be able to buy stamps and mail postcards in the hotel.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Ideally located hotel, within walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie and Brandenburg Gate, as well as underground stations.

To eat or have a coffee, everything is complicated, there's literally nothing nearby (but that's the neighborhood that wants that), or you have to be able to put a price tag on it.

Lobby bar service is a nightmare and rude

The hotel had great value for money compared to other options in the city. the location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including cereals, bread, fruit, cheese.

The service was not up to par, with rude and unhelpful staff. the WiFi in the rooms was also poor, and the hotel did not take responsibility for it.

Location, quality of workmanship, maintained high standard of finish, general climate in the hotel. Very nice decoration and beautiful stairs placed centrally on the ground floor in the lobby of the building.

I have been charged twice with my cards first the blockade for €250 and at check-out the payment for the stay, blockade is unfortunately still in the system and payment is charged.

Everything was perfect except for the restaurant staff.

I was ignored by the hotel restaurant staff ( I waited more than 1 hour for an order to be placed )
